2. Purpose of processing

Personal data are processed to handle enquiries, requests for help, employer enquiries and Angel applications related to the JövökMama service, to contact the sender, prepare offers and assess applications.

3. Data processed

• name, e-mail address, phone number;
• place of residence, district or location provided for the service;
• information voluntarily provided in the message or form;
• for employer enquiries: company name, contact person, position, number of employees and stated needs;
• for Angel applications: education, occupation, availability, introduction, references, portrait photo and optional introductory video.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is the data subject’s voluntary consent and, where applicable, processing necessary to respond to the enquiry or to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

5. Retention period

Enquiries and applications are retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law or the data subject requests deletion earlier.

6. Recipients and processors

Personal data are not sold. Data may be accessed only by persons involved in operating the website and organising the JövökMama service. Hosting provider: Rackhost Zrt.

7. Your rights

You may request information, access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and may object to processing. Requests can be sent to info@jovokmama.hu.
